1. Who these terms apply to

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the chakra47.com website and any related services ("Service") provided by Stakrid Logistics Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Chakra47 is a platform for connecting and managing physical devices and installing compatible capabilities as apps, currently under development. The Service includes:

• The chakra47.com informational website
• The waitlist and early-access programme
• The newsletter and associated communications
• Any software, APIs, or documentation made available to early-access participants

Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time during the early-access period. We will communicate material changes via email or a website notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Waitlist and early access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform. We onboard teams based on use-case fit, capacity, and cohort schedule. We reserve the right to accept or decline any waitlist application without obligation.

Early-access participants may receive credentials, SDKs, or API access subject to additional agreements communicated at the time of onboarding.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated means to scrape or harvest data from the website without our written consent
• Impersonate Chakra47, Stakrid Logistics, or any third party
• Deploy Chakra47 software in safety-critical applications without appropriate human oversight, testing, and applicable regulatory clearance

6. Intellectual property

All content on chakra47.com — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to Stakrid Logistics Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

The open-source agentic swarm framework available on GitHub is licensed under the MIT Licence; those terms govern that software separately.

7. User content

If you submit content to us (e.g., feedback, bug reports, feature suggestions), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and incorporate that content into the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

8. Third-party links and services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Physical AI and robotics applications carry inherent safety risks. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any use of Chakra47 technology complies with applicable safety regulations and standards in your jurisdiction.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stakrid Logistics Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stakrid Logistics Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. We encourage you to contact us first at contact@stakrid.com to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal proceedings.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email (if you are subscribed) or a notice on the website at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
