1. Who we are

Chakra47 is a product of Stakrid Logistics Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. When this policy says "we", "us", or "our", it refers to Stakrid Logistics Private Limited.

2. What we collect and why

We collect only the data we need to run the service.

• Waitlist & newsletter sign-ups — your email address and role, and optionally your use case. Used to send you product updates and early access invitations.
• Usage analytics — anonymised page views and event counts via Google Analytics (GA4). This helps us understand which parts of the site are useful. No personally identifiable information is sent to analytics.
• Contact enquiries — if you email us or submit a form, we store your name, email, and message to respond to you.
• Log data — our hosting provider may log standard server access logs (IP address, browser, referrer) for security and diagnostics. Logs are retained for 30 days.

3. Cookies

We use cookies for:

• Analytics — Google Analytics sets first-party cookies to count visits. You can opt out via your browser settings or a browser extension such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

4. How we share data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share it with:

• Service providers — hosting (Vercel / Cloudflare), waitlist storage (Google Sheets), email delivery, and analytics (Google). Each provider is bound by their own privacy terms and processes data only as needed to provide the service.
• Law enforcement — if required by applicable law or a valid court order, we may disclose data to competent authorities.

5. Data retention

We keep waitlist and newsletter data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Server logs are retained for 30 days. Contact enquiry records are kept for up to 2 years for support and legal purposes.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@stakrid.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Data security

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and secure credential storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

Chakra47 is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have done so, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email (if you are on our list) or a notice on the website at least 7 days before taking effect. The "effective date" at the top of this page reflects the current version.
